My Mission

My mission is to help clients get the most from their IT dollars by bringing cost-effective, value-added IT services to small and mid-size businesses of between five and 120 computers; to provide an added layer of business technology support to owners, investors, and IT Professionals; and to offer sound technological advice and a robust network infrastructure that perfectly balances price and performance.

Who is Jason Hagens and why are business owners in the Seattle area talking about him?

A longtime closet geek who started working on the Apple IIe back in sixth grade, Jason has always been passionate about technology. From Beta Groups to User Groups to early adoption, he’s seen and done it all. His low overhead, basic block-and-tackle approach to IT solutions has resulted in countless satisfied customers across the region. As evidenced by his classic wooden desk, Jason still has a little of that old school, BC (Before Computers) approach to business – his handshake is his guarantee.

With a proven knack for gathering the right people together for each job, Jason allows his team the room to do what they do best and then gives them the credit for it.

When he’s not solving IT problems

When not helping clients get the most from their IT investments, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, and their twin girls. Weekends are spent cruising around in his old wooden boat, tinkering in the garden, or socializing with friends and neighbors in the backyard. His passions include technology, tennis, boating, sailing, fishing, and skiing the wet snow of Washington.
