Deposit and Warranty

A fifty percent deposit is required at time of order on product sales over $1,000.00, with the balance to be paid within five business days following delivery or completion of the project. All invoices over thirty days past due will be charged interest at a rate of three percent and risk having service suspended until payment is received in full.

Service disputes on billing matters have a forty-five day grace period and need to be expressed in writing or by phone or voice mail within the allotted time. After forty-five days from the closure of the service ticket, and SWAT then can choose to refuse to work on your network until payment issues are resolved.

SWAT Systems accepts Visa and MasterCard; however, please note there will be an additional three percent processing fee assessed on all orders paid by credit card. Prices are subject to change and are based upon total purchase.

All delivery, training or consulting services will be billed at published rates for each activity involved. Generally, all hardware computer components proposed are covered by the manufacturer with a limited one year warranty. SWAT Systems does not provide any additional warranties and specifically disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties or with regard to any licensed products.

SWAT Systems shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, interruption of business, nor for incidentals or consequential merchantability or fitness or purpose, damages related to this Agreement.

Post Sale

SWAT Systems understands that sometimes product returns are unavoidable. It is SWAT Systems’ objective to minimize the costs associated with product returns for both SWAT Systems and our customers and further, to facilitate the product return credit invoice process. Because SWAT Systems deals with many different suppliers to support the diverse requirements of our customers, return policies and procedures may vary from transaction to transaction.

Fees charged in conjunction with product returns are assessed only to cover the business expenses associated with processing the product return, such as credit order processing, supplier restocking and inspection fees and shipping expenses.

SWAT Systems will accept the return of any product(s) delivered in error by SWAT and other product returns subject to the terms and conditions as outlined below.

General Terms and Conditions

SWAT Systems requires pre-authorization for the return of all products. Products not authorized for return will, at our discretion, be returned to you at your expense, processed for credit (less any applicable return fees), or issued no credit. SWAT Systems will not be liable for any loss of or damage of products returned without proper authorization.

  • Product(s) requested to be returned must be returnable to the original manufacturer or distributor from which SWAT acquired the product. Returned products must be in new, unused, resalable condition, and include all original packing materials, manuals, registration cards, licenses agreements and other deliverables with no markings, scratches, rips or cuts of any kind on the manufacturer’s original box. If the product returned is found to be damaged, incomplete, used, configured or in otherwise non-resalable condition, or the manufacturer’s original box has markings on it, the product may be returned to you at your expense or assessed additional return fees.
  • Product Returns must be requested within fifteen days of the invoice date.
  • Quantity and part numbers of returned products must match the quantity and part numbers for which the Return Material Authorization (RMA) was issued.
  • An RMA number is valid for only ten business days.
  • Returned product(s) will be credited at the current price or the original invoice price, whichever is lower, less any restocking fees (typically five to fifteen percent of the invoice price with a $25.00 minimum) imposed by the supplier or manufacturer from which SWAT procured the product, less the original shipping fees and the shipping fees to return the product to the supplier or manufacturer.

  • Products with markings of any kind on the manufacturer’s original box or carton.
  • Products sold “as is” or “non-returnable” or special order products.
