Depot Services
 
All Depot services have competitive flat-fee pricing which takes the guess work out of billing. Our Depot services are open to your workstations, laptops, and home computers, plus SWAT is able to bill you personally, if desired. We guarantee a three (3) day turn around for systems dropped off at SWAT (1050 W Ewing St., Seattle WA, 98119). Please call 206-436-3016 before arriving with your computer.
 
RMON
 

With 24x7 monitoring, you can sleep through the night knowing SWAT is keeping an eye on your network. Our support staff is alerted by pager and e-mail if your servers and/or workstations go offline, even at 2:00am! We then follow a procedure, tailored to your company’s specific requests to notify you your system is offline or fix the problem on the spot.

 
TOTAL CARE
 

Total care is designed to offer your company complete management, maintenance, and support for your entire network infrastructure at a flat monthly fee. Your computers will be proactively managed to ensure they are running at peak performance, and any IT costs such as access to the Help Desk and preventative maintenance are included.
